Diana loves all things TRX! She is a natural hype-woman and will get you pumped to lift heavy, squeeze, breathe and maybe even smile. As someone who loves to try new activities, she loves to incorporate different types of movement into her workouts. When she’s not coaching, Diana is making bread at The Mill, baking treats for friends, or lounging with doggo Obi.
