BMA Bootcamp was created and developed by Jamel Ramiro, Master Trainer and Movement Specialist. With 13 years experience in fitness, functional training and martial arts (Muay Thai/Boxing), he is committed to teaching strong, pain-free movement at the speed of LIFE.

From pro-level athletes to weekend warriors, Jamel has coached all fitness levels and is passionate to help people achieve and sustain their goals, injury-free.
